the app to read, access, and manage files and folders stored across your internal and external storage (e.g.,
downloads, documents, camera folders), excluding system-restricted directories like Android/data and OBB.
Here's exactly why we need this permission and how it's used:
Access All Files and Folders:
We need to fetch and display all your files and folders so you can browse your storage freely,just like a file manager. This is essential for selecting any file you want to convert or manage
within the app.
Perform File Operations:
Our app offers tools like file conversion, merging, splitting, adding watermarks,compressing to ZIP, and extracting ZIP files. These features require access to the files you
choose, no matter where they are stored on your device.
Custom File Picker View:
Unlike basic file pickers limited by Android's default system, we offer a custom file selectionview that lets you explore your folders and select multiple files from different locations — giving
you more control and ease of use.
File Management Tools:
You can delete, move, copy, rename, and organize your files and folders directly within theapp, just like in a standalone file manager. This makes file handling convenient and efficient
without needing to switch between different apps.

We do not upload, share, or access your personal files externally.
All operations like conversion, renaming, or deletion happen locally on your device.
We do not analyze or read file contents beyond what’s needed to perform the task you
requested.
We do not store or send your files to our servers or third parties.
The only data we collect is anonymous crash or error logs, which help us fix bugs and improve
the app — never your personal content.
In short, this permission is only used to give you full control over your own files inside the app. You decide what gets opened, modified, or shared — and nothing happens without your action.

Used to scan documents using the device's camera.
Supports autofocus for better image quality.
If denied, users won't be able to scan documents but can still import files from storage and

convert image and video into pdf.

Required to fetch file details from Google Drive and Dropbox.
Needed for analytics, and cloud-based features.
Ensures Google Play Billing Service functions correctly.
🔔 2.4 Post Notifications
Sends important alerts about app updates, feature changes, and document processing.
2.5 System Alert Window
Allows overlays for enhanced app interaction.
We do not use permissions for any unauthorized access, surveillance, or background data collection.
3. Google Drive & Dropbox Integration
iLoveFile allows users to manage files stored in Google Drive and Dropbox.
3.1 Google Drive
Users can:
Browse all files & folders stored in their Google Drive account.
Download files & folders from Google Drive to local storage.
Upload files & folders from the device to Google Drive.
Delete files & folders directly from Google Drive.
3.2 Dropbox
Users can:
Access and navigate their Dropbox storage.
Download, upload, and delete files & folders.
We use Google Drive API and Dropbox API to enable these features. However:
We do not store your Google Drive or Dropbox credentials.
We do not access, modify, or collect any personal data from your cloud accounts.
All cloud file operations are performed directly between your device and the respective service.

5. Subscription & Payment Policy
We offer two subscription plans:
Monthly Subscription (recurring every month, with a free trial).
Yearly Subscription (recurring every year, with a free trial).
5.1 Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the current term ends.
Charges occur on the first day of the next billing cycle.
You can cancel your subscription anytime via the Play Store.
5.2 Free Trial Policy
A free trial is available before the first subscription charge.
If not canceled before the trial ends, the selected subscription plan will begin automatically.
